If the DXD report's print preview does not display correctly then this may be due to following reasons:
1. Printer not installed or no Default Printer. DXD print preview requires valid printer driver installed on your computer and you must have one default printer to have proper print preview.
2. Invalid page size in default printer. On the default printer look at print preferences, make sure that paper type selected is Letter
3. If there is still an issue, check for minimize margins is ON.
4. If there is still an issue, then there might be changes that your printer may require internal margins before printing. In such a case, to have proper printed output, generate the PDF and then print the PDF.
