Virus software will scan files as they are downloaded to your computer. When the virus software scans files it locks them and makes them unreadable to other programs. When this happens you will get a message "File Not Found".
If this happens you can try the following prior to calling the help desk..
Navigate to where the DXD software resides, if you let it install to the default directory it will be in
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Injury Professional Network\DXD.
Find the file "DB_Config.exe" and right click and select Run As Administrator, same as you did when installing DXD.
DXD should continue to install without any issues.
