Take following steps to move DXD application from one computer to another:

1. Take the data back-up from old computer to external thumb drive. You can do this from Utilities>>Data Back-UP menu option in DXD application.

2. Surrender the license key of old computer. Contact DXD support team with your company name, first and last name of Doctor. Make sure you'll do that after taking data back-up. Once your license key is surrendered then you won't be able to run the DXD in old computer.

3. Download the DXD from www.dxdxray.com/dxd-download website.

4. Install DXD by opening the downloads directory and run the DXD setup as ADMINISTRATOR. You'll find that option by Right Mouse click on the DXD set-up file.

5. Use the license key when asked. It will provided by DXD support team after surrendering license. Above Step no# - 2.

6. Update DXD to the latest version, if asked.

7. Restore your DXD data back-up which you had generated on step-1 above. And that's it. You are good to use DXD on newer computer with existing data.

In case of computer or hard drive failure contact DXD support team, if they can recover your data. There is no guaranty that your data will be recovered. Data recovery charges are applicable. Ask support team for the same.
