When I go to preview the report the preview window is blank

You need to have adobe reader installed. Go to our DXD folder on the desktop and try to open our dxd manual.pdf. If the pdf does not open you may need to install adobe.
Also if you have never ran adobe, you need to run for the first time so you can accept adobe terms and conditions
